This new 38 metre motoryacht is at present under construction in the Sarzana boatyard but will soon be transferred to the Intermarine structures in Pietra Ligure - recently purchased by the Rodriquez Group - where fitting out and testing will be completed. It is a RINA and MCA class boat, that looks set to be brim-full of technology, both from a constructive point of view and as far as fittings are concerned. The hull, for example, is completely made of aluminium alloy, a material that needs specific, very advanced production processes, both in the panel cutting phase and during their assembly in order to give full expression of all its potential. It is a , a complex knwo-how already expressed by the Rodriquez Group in the realisation of "hi-tech" boats for commercial and military tonnage, but also for the pleasure sector. The technical project was designed by Rodriquez Yachts while the exterior design, a "wide body" type, was the responsibility of the Francesco Paszkowsky workshop. The interiors, on the other hand, were drawn up by the architect Mauro Micheli. It has a semi-gliding arriswise bottom; propulsion is handled by 2 2,130 HP Cat engines directly coupled to fixed pitch propellers, in V-drive. The boat is developed on two decks; below deck there are the 5 cabins (the owner's, 2 for guests with twin beds, 2 doubles for guests) and the 3 crew cabins, with 2 bathrooms and laundry. On deck there is the main saloon, very spacious given that it takes advantage of the full beam of the hull, the day bathroom, the dining room and the galley/dinette for the crew. The wheelhouse is raised above the main deck. On the upper deck there is another covered smaller saloon, directly accessible from the wheelhouse and the master's cabin. The internal style will be characterised almost completely by furniture bought from catalogues, mainly from Baleri Italia. Delivery is scheduled for July 2003.
