The Diaship 121, laid out over three decks, has a modern design and style and a sleek line, in spite of the high sides which are mainly due to the partial wide body structure of the bridge-house. On the lower deck, mid-ship, are three roomy double cabins and a cabin forward with two sets of bunk beds, sleeping a total of 4, another cabin with single bed to starboard and two double cabins astern.

Each cabin has an en-suite bathroom and the two double cabins astern have an extremely spacious bathroom with dressing area. On the same deck there is a spacious galley with dinette for crew. Forward on the main deck there is a full-width owner's suite which includes two bathrooms, office area and sofa with coffee table as well as spacious wardrobes. Aft of this area is the control station on a slightly raised level, with a crescent-shaped sofa and table.

Continuing towards the stern is the galley, a living area with crescent-shaped sofa, table and armchairs, a bar placed athwartship and circular dining area with round table and windows offering 200° visibility towards the stern. The cockpit is partially covered by the fly and here there is a sundeck and two sets of side steps descending to the swimming platform astern. The open-air deck has a control station to starboard, a spacious circular living area with round table and chairs in the centre area and a circular swimming pool with spacious sundeck in the stern area. Seating has been sculpted in the bow side of the bridge-house.
