CERRI 86' FLYING SPORT
The Cantieri Navali Cerri proposes a new concept of the theme of large size
"Coupé" with the Cerri 86' Flying Sport, a yacht that combines classic
coupé lines with a relatively small flying bridge, just large enough
for the external wheelhouse and a generous sunbathing area.
On deck solutions
have been adopted such as the circular dinette in the bows and the
dining/relaxation zone in the cockpit, where there is also another cushioned
sunbathing area. The interiors are the result of carefully studied design
combined with configurations purposely chosen with on-board comfort in mind.
Leaving the cockpit you pass through a real lobby to reach the two different
decks. The lower one has been fitted out with a leisure zone furnished with
sofas, coffee tables and multi-media systems, while the upper level is
organised for dining with a table seating twelve. The bows area of this deck
is dedicated to the internal wheelhouse, where we also find the galley. The
sleeping area comprises six cabins with private bathrooms sleeping a total of
15 people including the crew, who have their own separate area.
Building of this super-yacht was supervised and developed by Carlo Cerri, who decided to
equip the 86' Flying Sport with numerous new-generation electronic aids to
improve comfort on board and safety when sailing. In rooms created using the
best materials available on the market, we find top quality multi-media
systems, in addition to a large quantity of navigation instrumentation. The
yard's official performance figures give a maximum speed of 42 knots and
cruising at over 35 knots, made possible thanks to the sporting waterlines of
the boat's bottom, its two Mtu 2,000Hp engines and Arneson Drive ASD 16
transmissions with surface propellers.
