Treben is one of the leading manufacturer of seat covers and upholstery dedicated to numerous industrial sectors. In the scenario of the sailing world Treben produces pilots' seats, coverings for the control bridge, external cushions and internal upholstery. The pilot seats are the fruit of experience that the company has matured in the automobile sector and are made strictly to the instructions given by the boatyard, customised and with a high technical content as well as modern design. The seating prototypes are made entirely by the Treben Group and before passing from the prototype to the finished product, the company creates the forms and chooses the materials, fabrics and padding to show the client, with production only taking place after approval has been given. As far as external upholstery is concerned, thanks to numerous orders supplied to important yards, this Italian company has accumulated enough experience to enable it to efficiently meet any requirement. Treben makes cushion layouts that are weatherproof with frames in wood, forex and/or fibreglass. Again in this field the company develops its products to meet specific requirements by the clients, collaborating with their technical offices and architects to define the main parameters to be followed during production. For years Treben interior furnishings have featured on board a large number of yachts, like for example the sporty Azimut 86s, but the list of yards with which it collaborates on a day-to-day basis is very long. Sofas, armchairs, beds and upholstery are all made to measure and customised according to the client's specific requests. As proof of the successes achieved by this Italian company thanks to the quality of its products and the professionalism with which it works, since the middle of the nineties Treben has expanded its premises to over 5,000 sq/m, of which 2,500 are covered and include a show room open to the public.
