FUNCTIONAL OBJECTS OF ART
Two are the new models introduced for the new season at the Genoa
International Boat Show 2005 by Molteni Nautical Tables, the firm
of artisan tradition manufacturing design "subjects" that are
distinguished by styling, original, functional features.
We are speaking about an interesting coffee table either in teak
or white onyx lacquered noteworthy for its versatile nature, which
can be converted into a dinning table. How on earth? Thanks to an
electric height - adjusting mechanism that can also work with a
system capable of lengthening the top, plus a third functional
device provided for translating the same top in order to offer a
custom - adjusting choice depending on how many people are at the
table. Two tables in one without leaving out material quality,
design and practicality of the use.
Another newcomer is a dinning table with teak top, wooden base
enriched with onyx inlays and back lighting, beautifully -
finished and made for main areas; moreover, it is provided by a
comfortable losing lunch box. Why do the Molteni tables convince
people? They are capable of joining into a only harmonious object
both great inlay refinement, material warmth and quality and the
latest mechanical and electric technology providing solutions
appropriate for the day-to-day life.
