BENETTI LEGEND

The Benetti series of yachts built in composite, boasts "Tradition," of 30 meters, the two "Classics" of 35 and 37 meters and the 45 meters "Vision" and for the moment to complete it, the smaller 24 meter "Legend" has arrived. Built at the Benetti shipyards in Fano, "Legend" has been appointed to the care of Stefano Righini for its exterior styling and concept and to Francois Zuretti for the interior designs whilst the technical aspects and the planning of the crew's quarters have been carried out by the shipyard's experts.

The idea is to partially allow future owners to personalize the interior fittings to suit their own tastes as much as possible. Zurletti has designed two solutions, one is classic and the other more contemporary. Given the broad glass panels along the sides of the yacht and skylights on top of its superstructure, both choices share the possibility of enhancing space and natural luminosity. The "VIP cabin, is centrally situated below deck making full use of the entire width thus enabling one to enjoy the view of the sea on both sides since both the starboard and port sides of this area have look through panels as large as windows. The forward part of the bow's deck hosts two cabins for four guests each with their own private bathroom. At the extreme stern of the yacht accessed by a hatch below deck or from the stern bridge are the three to four men crew quarters. The master cabin is another example of how the designers wanted to create particularly luminous spaces. Situated along the fore deck it also has enormous look through glass panelling to both port and to starboard,as well as a considerable double bed, sofa, an en-suite dressing room and a spacious bathroom with 4 skylights above it. Moving towards the stern one encounters a large last generation galley, the dining area with a round table. The seating capacity around the table is for eight . The saloon is furnished with a U shaped sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. On the upper mid deck there is the pilot house complete of the necessary instruments for extensive blue water cruising as well as a U shaped sofa and coffee table. Aft of that there is a sundeck with a bar and a few steps above that towards the bow there's the open air steering control area furnished with cushions for sun bathing. The "Legend" model is the most compact composite yacht built by Benetti. It is registered as being 23.97 meters to allow the owner to take advantage of lesser bureaucratic implications should he wish to charter it.
