The 40 metre aluminium Super Yacht Mondomarine "Fabri's" is the result of a joint effort between the Mondomarine shipyard, SYDAC, Cor D. Rover and Luca Dini. The 4 decker super yacht is generally appreciated not only for its sober modern design but also because of its interior design that enhances its spacious interiors as well as its liveability. As usual the cabin area is spread over the lower deck with the crew's quarters at the bows comprising three cabins for six births plus a service room. Two master "VIP" cabins follow at amidships, extending over the full beam. Each cabin offers a corner for relaxing, two separate births, a vanity, step-in wardrobe, and an individual bathroom. The ship owner's quarters are on the main deck and the master cabin comprises: a vanity, a sofa, dressing room, a double bed at the bottom of which there is a pop up TV which disappears on command into its special casing, a bathroom with a bathtub with hydro massage, a double basin and separate services. Moving on towards the stern there is a spacious galley with an annexed dining area for the crew and further aft there is a dining area for the ship-owner and his guests, a main saloon comprised of a "C" shaped sofa, a coffee table and a multimedia display panel. Always in the inside of the superstructure, between the saloon and the cockpit, there is a saloon bar with related seats. On the outside of the cockpit area there is a sofa and coffee tables, to the bows of it, there is an area with a derrick crane for unloading one of the dinghies. The other tender is stored inside the stern hold.

The wheel house is on the fore deck extending over the full beam, and is furnished with three ergonomic armchairs. The captain's cabin may be accessed from this area as well as an outer corridor giving onto the bows or indeed the common areas towards the stern which comprehend a convivial lounge and study furnished with a table and armchairs. The external extension of this deck includes a dining area with a TV fixed to the bulkhead. Sun lovers will find a large sun bathing area with related cushions, as well as a bar and a circular Jacuzzi all on the top deck. To the bows of this there's another second wheel and control station with all the necessary navigational aides to steer and manoeuvre the yacht.
