H2X YACHTS & SHIP FUSION
In 2006 H2O Yachts and Ixyard merged and became H2X Yachts & Ships. The new brand name, in terms of design and construction, produces highly technological boats. One of the last models produced will be called Fusion and will stand to indicate a new custom made Ocean Racing Yacht series from 80' to 130' The 31 metre flagship is being built in an aluminium known as "Sealium®" which is an alloy that combines light weight to mechanical resistance and acoustic isolation. A "Cell-Wood" construction technique, invented by the yard, is being employed in the building of the yacht. This construction process optimizes costs as well as assembly and overall times. From a technical stand point this model foresees a retractable keel, double steering and carbon rigging as is customary to expect on competitive regatta yachts. The interior design allows for comfortable long cruises given the master cabin and en-suite bathroom for the owner at the bows, two double guest cabins with respective bathrooms, a galley, a saloon and at the stern, quarters for the crew with six berths.
